Pricing, Policies & Fees

Shop Rate

  • $150 per hour

Scheduled Mobile Service Call Fee

**Please note that this fee applies to each tech needed on the mobile call.

  • 30 minute drive or less - $130, (Plus a minimum of one hour at the $150 shop rate)

  • 31-60 minute drive - $150 (Plus a minimum of one hour at the $150 shop rate)

Unscheduled Emergency Service Call

**Please note that this fee applies to each tech needed on the emergency call.

  • During normal business hours 9AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday $180 (Plus a minimum of one hour at the $150 shop rate)

  • After hours and weekends $230 (Plus a minimum of one hour at the $150 shop rate)

Credit Card Fees:

  • There will be a 3.5% credit card processing fee for all card payments.

Disposal Fees:

  • Refrigerator $75

  • AC $75

  • Hot water Heater $40

  • Batteries $20 each

  • Tires $15 Each

We Provide a Robert’s RV Repair 90-Day Limited Labor Warranty

Coverage:

Robert’s RV Repair warrants that all labor performed on your RV is free from defects in workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the effective date provided on your invoice.

This warranty applies only to the labor performed and does not cover any parts, materials, or components installed or serviced, which may be covered under separate manufacturer warranties.

For further terms and conditions of this warranty, you may request a copy of the full document.

For all large jobs and parts orders, we require a 50% deposit upfront to cover the parts and materials needed.

  • Sign up for our recommended 2 hour in person RV ownership class. You will bring the RV to our location and we will walk you through the ins and outs of your RV!

    Cost for this service is $300

    • Control Panel Operation

    • Winterization and de-winterization.

  • Let our office staff know if your are interested in adding on an RV wash service!

    • A wash is $10 per foot (based on the length)
