We do not have a customer waiting area, which allows our team to focus fully on your RV without interruption.
Please arranging transportation after drop-off and we will notify you once your RV is ready for pickup.
Your patience helps us deliver thorough, quality repairs every time.

*PLEASE NOTE: After hours and weekend drop-offs are available upon pre scheduling and approval by our staff.

When you arrive, one of our Techs will meet with you to review your RV and go over concerns.

*PLEASE NOTE: estimates are not created at the time of the drop-off appointment!

There is also a fee for RV estimates of $150.

This fee covers the time and expertise needed to thoroughly inspect your RV and provide an accurate quote.

Once we’ve had the chance to inspect your RV in detail, we’ll prepare a thorough estimate and contact you with the details. This way, you’ll have clear information before any work begins.

We do not begin any work until the estimate has been approved by you.

Please allow Estimate Flexibility:

Our initial estimate is based on the visible issues during inspection. However, unforeseen complications or hidden damage may arise once repairs begin. Therefore, we request an allowance for a minimum increase of up to 20% on the original estimate to ensure a complete and safe repair.

Estimates are therefore based on our best professional judgment and may change depending on what we find.
